The Omnacy name, Held Forward mark, website content and design may not be copied, misrepresented or used to imply endorsement. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or use it unlawfully.

The verified legal operator identity, governing-law language, liability terms and jurisdiction-specific consumer wording require founder and legal confirmation before public release.
